Apple Cinnamon Steel Cut Oats

A super quick and yummy recipe to get your day started!


  • 1 cup steel cut oats 
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 apple (chopped) 
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup 
  • 1 tbs cinnamon


1. Heat water in a pot till boiling. 
2. Add all ingredients and stir gently.
3. Reduce heat to low and let simmer 20-30 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes. 
4. Serve hot and top with a little extra maple syrup & cinnamon, berries or chopped pecans!
